EmPOWERing Our Future Workforce

LPEA offers scholarships for graduating high school seniors or equivalent (including GED graduates) in our service territory. These scholarships aim to help students continue their education in academic and trade schools. Scholarships are funded with Unclaimed Capital Credits as per LPEA Policy 203.

LPEA offers scholarships to help working professionals acquire their Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certificate. This scholarship aims to help adults in the workforce who are interested in learning how to perform energy audits in our service territory. Tri-State Generation & Transmission Scholarship

$1,000 - $3,000 to any U.S. college or university.

Rocky Mountain Electrical League Scholarship

$5,000/year to any U.S. accredited school.

LPEA John Voelker Memorial Scholarship

$7,000/year over four years

LPEA Scholarship

$12,000 to any U.S. lineworker program.
